making (non-knitting) progress

So on Tuesday, these pretty packages full of wedding invite pieces arrived:

Wow,... those are a lot of packages.

After a few evenings of work, everything that needs printing is printed, and we're gearing up for the big assembly push.  I set a table up in the livingroom as a central workstation, and it seems to be working pretty well:

If we can get the bulk of these ready to go this weekend, I will be beyond elated!

I also received these happy new JVC earphones for my iPod today:

Isn't the packaging great?  I read a review at either the shefinds or popgadget blog (two of may favorite shopping / cool stuff blogs), and they're supposed to be very comfortable and have great sound quality.  I ordered them through audiocubes -- which took a while since they shipped them from Japan -- so hopefully they'll be worth the wait.

I've never gotten around to replacing my iPod earphones - I'm curious how you like these. They're really cute.
