It's feeling like spring -- just the most GORGEOUS day today! So gorgeous, in fact, that I managed to drag my lazy ass out of bed this morning and go for an actual run in the actual out-of-doors! It was a quick jaunt -- I pulled a quad muscle a few days ago and didn't want to overdo it -- but I meandered along the walkway above the beach, down to the Marina, out the jetty to the lighthouse, and then back on the beach where the sand was nice, damp and hard-packed. It were GOOD.
And I **think** the wedding invitation thing is finally sorted -- I'm about 90% there.
I really dig the color, the paper, and that that's an actual real pressed fleur stuck on there! It's a cosmos blossom, which represents harmony (I looked it up!). My only hesistation about these is that they might be a tad informal for the occasion, but I'm thinking that if I keep the font of the invite on the more formal side (similar to what's in the sample -- you can click on the pic for a close-up) folks will get the idea. And it is a garden ceremony after all, as opposed to in a church, so it should work. Any thoughts?
